Peter Adams ("I", "me") operates peteradams.coach and the Drama Triangle quiz, on this site and as a plugin inside ChatGPT. By using either, you agree to what is on this page.

What the quiz is

The Drama Triangle quiz is six questions about how you tend to act in close relationships, with a short reflection on the role you chose most often. It is a prompt for thinking. It is free to use, and you do not need to give your name or email to see a result. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace any of those. If you are in distress, please talk to a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

The quiz inside ChatGPT

In ChatGPT the quiz runs as a plugin. ChatGPT passes your six answers to a server I run, and the result comes back into your conversation. ChatGPT is a service of OpenAI, and your use of it is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies, not these. I do not store your answers. The privacy policy says exactly what is kept.

Using the site and the guides

The articles, the quiz and the guides are for your own personal use. You are welcome to share the links and to quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy the quiz or the guides to sell, republish or build into another product without asking me first.

No guarantees

I try to keep the quiz and this site accurate and available, but I provide them as they are, with no promise that they are free of errors or always online. The reflection you get is general. It cannot take your circumstances into account, so what you do with it is your decision. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss that comes from relying on the quiz or the site.

Coaching

Nothing here creates a coaching relationship. Coaching is a separate service with its own agreement, made only when we have spoken and both agreed.

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
