Some clients know exactly what needs to change. Others just know they can't keep going like this. We don't need you to have it figured out. That's what the first session is for.
For a focused shift. Best if you already know what needs to change and want structured support to actually do it, and someone to hold you to it.
For deeper work. More space for the patterns underneath the patterns. Enough time for real integration, not just initial insight and first action.
The full programme. Deep pattern work and strategic accountability across every area that matters. Most clients choose this because the per-session value is strongest and the results compound.
It starts with a discovery call. We talk. I listen. We both decide if it's the right fit.
If we go ahead, sessions are scheduled at a rhythm that suits you, typically weekly or fortnightly. Each session runs 45-60 minutes and is led by whatever is most live for you. Some sessions go deep. Others are entirely practical. Most do both.
Between sessions, there's often something to sit with or act on. Not homework in the traditional sense. More like a next step that the session made obvious.
Payment plans are available. Typically 50% to begin, the remainder halfway through.

If you're not sure, we'll talk about it on the discovery call. Most clients choose the 6-month programme because the per-session value is strongest and it gives enough time for real, lasting change. But a shorter programme works well if the shift you need is focused and clear.

Coaching programmes are commitments, not subscriptions. Once we begin, the full fee applies. We'll cover this in detail before you commit.
Both. I'm based in Ibiza, so if you're local we can meet in person. Otherwise, sessions are on Zoom. The work is equally effective either way.
